Yuka Morishige graduated from the Toho Gakuen School of Music and completed her master's degree in soloist and chamber music at the University of the Arts Berlin. In his first solo album, Morishige spins the music of Schubert, whom he describes as "my emotional support and a very important person with whom I have overcome many difficulties," as he sees fit. In addition to the famous improvisation piece D899, the masterpiece Piano Sonata No. 21 represents the pinnacle of Schubert's creativity. Schubert played warmly, gently, and tenderly.
