The Wika Block + Bleed Valve features the standard 2-valve manifold. The shut-off valve ensures separation between the process and measuring instruments, allowing for safe dismounting for services like calibration or replacement. The vent valve allows for safe venting prior to dismounting or for zero point checks, providing added safety during maintenance. Expertly designed for efficient and safe instrument usage.

The non-rotating spindle tip reduces wear of the sealing elements. This results, particularly with frequent opening and closing, in a noticeable increase in the service life.

Applications

• Process industry: oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industries, power generation, water and wastewater
• For gaseous and liquid aggressive media that are not highly viscous or crystallising, also in aggressive environments
