Via the artist: The show explores how wildlife shares our urban spaces as we use up more of their habitat. When we moved to the countryside it would seem nature still has the upperhand with wild deer, badgers, hares and many birds in our garden......however, this is grumpy wren, guardian of our land.

When we moved in, a tiny wren used to dive bomb the windows and rage at us from the garden wall. The house had been empty for a bit so I guess it thought it had its own wee kingdom. I had wanted to draw him for a while, so in a round about way I think he fit the theme.
