The Lambwolf Ham & Cheese is a snuffle sandwich toy with triangular treat slots tucked between its bread, cheese, and ham layers — and a sandwich wrap that folds around it for an added burrow challenge. Tuck treats into each slot, wrap it up, and let your dog sniff, paw, and forage their way through every layer. The open sandwich shape also makes this an accessible option for flat-faced breeds.

What's in the Set

Ham & Cheese Sandwich — two tan corduroy bread slices with a cream plush cheese layer and a dusty pink corduroy ham layer sandwiched between. Triangular treat slots tuck between each layer, creating multiple snuffle spots in one compact sandwich.

Sandwich Wrap — a cream fabric wrap with ties that folds around the sandwich to cover the treat slots. Adds a burrow layer your dog must work through before reaching the slots inside.

How to Play

Tuck treats into the slots between the sandwich layers — between the bread, cheese, and ham. Fold the sandwich wrap around it, tie it closed, and hand the whole package to your dog. They will nose, paw, and untie the wrap to access the slots beneath, then work through each slot to retrieve every treat.

Burrow challenge — the sandwich wrap sits between your dog and the treat slots. Untying and working the wrap off is the first layer of the challenge, rewarding patient, deliberate effort.

Nosework and snuffle — treats hide in the triangular slots between the sandwich layers. Your dog uses their nose to locate and retrieve each reward.

Solo play — the soft corduroy sandwich is satisfying to nudge, carry, and investigate even between snuffle sessions.

Air-dried treats work best. They hold their shape inside the triangular slots, don't crumble, and don't grease the fabric. Freeze-dried treats also work well.

The Ham & Cheese combines multiple snuffle slots with a burrow wrap in a single toy — untie the wrap, then work through each triangular slot. Beginners can start by skipping the wrap and loading just one or two slots so your dog succeeds quickly, then add the wrap and fill the remaining slots as their confidence grows. Experienced enrichment players will enjoy the full challenge straight away.

Care Instructions

Machine washable — run on a gentle cycle with a mild, pet-safe detergent and air dry fully before returning to your dog. Do not tumble dry.

Supervise all play.

No plush toy is indestructible — not even the well-made ones. Always supervise play and remove the toy if chewing starts. We especially recommend close supervision the first time any new play object is introduced. You know your dog better than anyone. Trust that, and guide them well.
