• Otoro — Premium fatty tuna nigiri sushi (×8 pieces)

• Negitoro — Minced fatty tuna makimono sushi rolls

• Shiitake sweet mushroom

• Ginger

Ezo Seafoods sources fresh, sustainably caught Bluefin Tuna daily from the Sapporo Wholesale Markets, ensuring unmatched quality and freshness.

Our sushi is crafted using two types of traditional Red Vinegar (“Akazu”), which impart a deep, distinctive flavor to the rice.

Wasabi is included. If you prefer your order without wasabi, simply leave a note in the Order Instructions.
