Some folks will call the Argus C3 "The Brick" because it is about the size of a brick, and exactly the same shape. You can also call it "The Brick" if you want! No one is going to judge you. The C3 is a simple American-made rangefinder camera with a 5-speed shutter and manual-reset frame counter. The lenses are technically interchangeable, though you need to pull the rangefinder gearing out to do it, so it's not exactly simple. This camera includes a 50mm f3.5 Cintar lens. These dang things were made for almost 30 years with only very minor changes (this one is a later Matchmatic model)
