These are great for my son's blood sugar, it doesn't seem the affect him at all! These are my favorite juice boxes in general because there's no weird additives and no spiking our kids blood sugar! I buy these at Whole Foods! They are actually really affordable! I want to say they're like $4.99 in the store for a pack of 8!

I dont recommend the Superfruit Punch due to it having fruit concentrates in it that typically go through a process and rids of some important nutrients -Destiny
