The manufacturing process is a multi-stage affair that begins with the sourcing of semi-finished crankshafts that are then shipped to Callies' facility in the USA for the crucial finishing, cryogenic treatment, nitriding, and dynamic balancing. This two-part manufacturing process allows Callies to offer a high-quality product at a more sensible price point.

Lightweight - For applications where throttle response and reduced rotating mass are critical, Callies offers lightweight versions of the Compstar RB26 crank.
Full Counterweight - The full counterweight design provides maximum stability at high RPMs and high boost loads, minimizing crankshaft flex and vibration, which leads to improved longevity.
Wide Pin Full Counterweight - A wide pin option is available for high-power builds, which increases the rod bearing surface area for enhanced strength and stability.
