Flanged Drive Wheel with Keyway | PU or Vulkollan® Tread on S355 Steel Core | Flange Ø 395 mm | Tread Ø 350 mm

Turned flanged drive wheel with keyway according to DIN 6885 and molded elastomer tread. The keyway accommodates a feather key for form-fitting torque transmission to the drive shaft. The S355 steel core bears the load, while the PU or Vulkollan® tread absorbs shocks.

Tread — Selection

Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, suitable for continuous loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Core Material: Steel S355 (bright)

Structural steel S355 with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², easily machinable, high strength. Standard material for driven industrial wheels.

Typical Applications

Driven flanged wheels for AGVs, AGV drives, gantry cranes, trolleys, motor-driven chassis, and all applications with form-fitting shaft connections.
