About the product: Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Corbin Cash distillery in California’s Central Valley, where the Souza family has grown sweet potatoes and rye for over a century. In 2007, they started distilling grain from their own farm and others nearby. Their grain-to-glass whiskies capture the bounty and warmth of one of the world’s great agricultural regions.

Corbin Cash is best known for their rye whiskey, yet this 7-year-old straight bourbon whiskey is just as spectacular. Made from 75% yellow corn grown on a neighboring farm, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, this is a powerful bourbon with notes of blueberry lemon cake, powerful oak, and nutmeg. Very rich and deep, balanced by fruit and sweetness. Hazmat.
