For amino acids and energy, take one to two servings in the morning when you wake up. As a pre-workout, take as many as three servings of Amino Energy about 30 minutes before your workout. For recovery, take one or two servings immediately post-workout. Remember: each serving of Amino Energy does contain 50mg of caffeine, so don't take it too late in the day.
