Established in 1985, Chain of Ponds was one of the first vineyards in the northern part of the Adelaide Hills, and their experience is evident in this beautifully complex wine. Pale with a gold hue. Intense and complex grilled lemon and struck match. Grapefruit entry with hints of mineral and toast, tightly-wound acidity, lovely oak, and latent appeal. Will become even more complex with some time in the cellar. Cellaring: 1-5 years.

This Chardonnay will pair well with Seafood, Poultry, Pork, Soft Cheeses and Vegetarian Dishes. Serving temperature: 10-13 ̊C.
