Directions

Recommended daily intake: Adult: 30-60 ml (2-4 Tbsp) per day.

We recommend Asthmax as a methylsulfonylmethane product for children as it has the most child-friendly taste. 

Take in the morning. Dilute with 100-200 ml water to taste. Excellent in apple juice. Store refrigerated. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may form through settling. These crystals can be dissolved in water and consumed. Refrigerate upon delivery and use within 45 days.
