• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): Provides antioxidant support and promotes collagen production in the body, helping hair to stay strong and shiny. 
• Zinc: Helps to control hair loss (male and female) and prevent shedding, thin and brittle hair. 
• B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6): Supports hair density, thickness, and texture, as well as hair shine. These vitamins also support healthy skin and strong nails.

Directions

Adults take up to 3 capsules daily, with or without food.
