Effects of this medicine
・This medicine exerts calcium antagonistic action on vascular smooth muscle to dilate blood vessels, and consequently lowers blood pressure. It also exerts the same action on sympathetic nerve to control heart beat and blood pressure increase under stress.
・It is usually used to treat hypertension.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (5 to 10 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day after breakfast. It should be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. ・The dose can be increased to 4 tablets (20 mg) once a day. However, for severe hypertension, take 2 to 4 tablets (10 to 20 mg) once a day after breakfast. Strictly follow the instructions.
・Sudden withdrawal of this medicine may worsen your condition.
・If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

・You may feel dizziness etc., caused by decreased blood pressure. Pay attention when working at heights or operating dangerous machinery such as driving a car.
・An ingredient in grape fruit juice may intensify this medicine's effect. Do not drink it as much as possible while taking this medicine.
