Directions

Take before and after alcohol consumption. Shake before use. Mix into a full glass of water. MSM crystals may form through settling and are safe to consume. Refrigerate. 

Precautions:

1. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. 
2. MSM is a potent detoxifier. Stop use and drink water if a severe headache (as a symptom of detoxification) occurs. Recommence use 24 hours after the headache passes at half the dose. 
3. MSM improves the permeability of cell membranes and might therefore increase the potency of other dietary supplements and medicines. It is advisable to monitor changes in the effects of medications taken concurrently.
