Mount Sapo was designed to provide an opportunity to connect with your body so that your mind doesn’t exist independently of it. They are about small, daily, achievable acts that might only take thirty seconds, but allow you to recognise how your body feels and provide a sense of alignment.

From the founder:

“After spending years working long hours in a demanding job as an art director, I was left feeling depleted. I spent so much time with a perpetually occupied mind, and had the sense of being increasingly disassociated from my body. Instead, I wanted to spend less time just in my head, and refocus my attention on my body and what it was experiencing. It was this that led me to create Mount Sapo, to make good use of the simple gesture of touch. Making a daily practice of soaking up the sensations, noticing what otherwise goes ignored.”

To be enjoyed everyday, all over, for all skin types.

To use as a face oil – apply a few drops to cleansed skin, ideally with hydrating mist –
taking time to massage.

To use as a body oil – apply generously all over whenever desired – for best results use on slightly damp skin after a bath or shower

To use as an oil cleanser apply a good few drops of oil, and massage into the skin as you would a cleanser, best removed with a warm cloth or flannel. Don’t worry if there is any oil left on your skin.
