How it works: Pre-shadow primer magnetizes color to lids and holds shadow in its place for ultra-long wear. Keeps shadow color true so what you see in the pan is what you get on your eyes. The Eye Shadow Base is also helpful for those with very oily or dry skin. The creamy formula will even out your skins surface to create a smooth canvas no matter your skin type. It also will prevent creasing throughout the day caused by oily lids that smear shadows or shadows that collect in the crack of dry lids. If you are more fair skinned we suggest regular shadow base. If you have more of a medium to olive skin we suggest the beige shadow base.

Directions

How to use it: Apply Eye Shadow Base before applying eyeshadow to the lids. Use your fingers or a concealer brush to evenly apply product all over the lid and brow bone and blend well with the skin.

Set with a color matching your skin tone for easier, more even blending. Or apply eye shadow while base is still tacky for brighter eye shadows for more color payoff.
