Broilmaster's 16-inch two-ring power burner slides into a built-in grill application. Two knobs individually control the temperature of the inner and outer cooking areas allowing up to 60,000 BTUs or down to 7,000 BTUs. The power burner allows you to quickly bring water to a boil. If installing the 16-inch power side burner into combustible material, you must first install an insulated sleeve.

Inner ring is great for simmering sauces, while the outer ring is perfect for large skillets and pans. Use both burner rings together when boiling or frying. The cooking grid is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel rods with a removable inner ring for cooking with a wok.
