2. Contact us with your tumbler preferences (brand, size, color)
3. We'll send you a separate invoice for the tumbler cost (pricing varies by brand, size, and availability - typically $25-$50+)
4. Once paid, we'll order, engrave, and ship the finished product

By providing your own tumbler for engraving, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the engraving process. While we take great care with every project, engraving is a permanent modification and carries inherent risks including potential damage, errors, or equipment malfunctions.

We are not liable for any damage to customer-provided items, including limited edition, rare, or discontinued tumblers that cannot be replaced. Our liability is limited to refunding the engraving service fee only. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items sent to us.

For peace of mind with rare or limited edition tumblers, we recommend choosing Option 2 and letting us source the tumbler for you.
