The Winstar Community Traffic Camera Monitoring System provides high-definition video surveillance to monitor vehicle, pedestrian, and community activity in real time. Designed for neighborhoods and community associations, this system is ideal for monitoring roads, intersections, shared spaces, and areas where safety is a concern. Its advanced optics and low-light performance provide clear, reliable video capture day or night, in any weather. Communities can configure the system for traffic calming, pedestrian safety, neighborhood watch programs, or general security needs. The system is fully upgradeable—allowing communities to start with camera-based monitoring today and later expand with radar and license plate recognition (LPR) for comprehensive traffic data collection and enforcement.

With IP65-rated weather protection, AC or solar power options, and secure web-based control, the system delivers dependable performance and flexible deployment across diverse environments.

For long-term reliability and high-volume operation, we recommend A/C Wired power with a direct ethernet connection, installed by a Winstar Professional Installation Partner or a qualified local contractor. Please review our Recommended Installation Guide and Specifications.
