These unrestrained bittersweet apple varieties display the full gamut of tannin and secondary tannic character.
Aromas of orange flesh, marmalade, copper, leather, orchard floor, spice, and baked apple; typical characteristics from the Yarlington & Dabinett. Rich and complex in the mouth with well balanced tannin. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites or pasteurisation.
