This vintage skirt suit from Louis Feraud comes with the added bonus of a co-ordinating striped silk blouse with gathered shoulders and a pussy cat bow. The cropped, open jacket has is enhanced with diagonal topstitching accented with little embroidered patches. The skirt is flat at the waist but flares out to a sweep of more than eight feet at the bottom. It closes with a zipper and hookd on the left side. The shell fabric is wool, the jacket is unlined, and the skirt is lined. Based on the style of the designer labels, this suit appears to be from the late 1980s or early 1990s. Both pieces are labeled French size 38 which generally translates to a modern US size 4 or 6. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
