Will this work with my factory fog lights and sensor cutouts?

This cover is designed for factory mounting points. Before installation, verify the position of your existing fog light housings and any parking sensors on your current bumper. You may need to carefully cut or route openings to match your setup — reference your vehicle's OEM bumper hole locations as your template.

What preparation does the surface need before I paint?

Sand the entire surface to scuff the primer coat and help your topcoat adhere. Wipe clean of dust, apply your chosen primer or paint system, and finish with your desired color. The FRP gelcoat is already conditioned to accept paint — no special adhesion promoter required.

Does this affect my trailer hitch clearance or backup sensor reach?

The C-1 profile extends outward from the factory bumper line. If you tow or have a backup camera, measure your hitch height and sensor position on the current bumper before ordering. The additional projection is minimal, but verify it does not interfere with your towing setup or sensor sightline.
