• Due to the nature of this product, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
