14oz Kobakama Woolly Denim, Fabric made in Japan, Rope Dye, 3by1 Twill Construction, 9oz Cotton Twill Pockets.

During the 1970's the newly invented open-end spinning of yarns became popular due to it's less labor intensive and higher-speed spinning. These yarns have a fuzzier structure than ring-spun yarns, giving them a "hairier"character. This is exaggerated by not applying a singeing finishthat eliminates protruding fibers. This Denim is created to achive the hairy 70's look, but we keep the long subtle slubs common iin vintage ring spun warp yarn denim.
