Tasting Notes: The nose is bright cherry, red apple, fresh worn leather and a whiff of pipe tobacco.

The palate is bright and lively with raspberry, blackberry, grapes, cherry and powdered sugar, but creamy nougat and brown sugar moving thick and slowly as well. Great mouthfeel. Baking spices are softer placed in the glass but still bright like the citrus, leaning more white pepper, ginger, and cardamom. All the while, mature oak grows more prominent.

The finish is fresh oak, toffee, stewed berries, white pepper, toasted orange oil, and a bit of a French oak-esque drying char. Slightly funky fruitiness from the finish last even longer.
