Assembled from more than 25 eaux-de-vie sourced from both the Grande Champagne (60%) and Petite Champagne (40%) appellations, and aged between six and twelve years in fine-grained northern French oak, HINE RARE achieves an exceptional balance of floral grace, fruit depth and creamy refinement.

Presented in a distinctive decanter carafe a departure from the classic bottle HINE RARE signals its ambitions from first glance. It is a cognac that rewards patience: open it, let it breathe, and it will reveal layer after layer of aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:
A luminous pale amber with golden highlights light, bright and welcoming.

Nose:
Fine and perfumed: candied apricot, ripe peach, fresh orange and roasted apple, with delicate floral notes of lemon blossom and jasmine, and a whisper of rancio.

Palate:
Surprisingly mellow and silky toffee, orange marmalade, fig, prune and warming spices intertwine with polished wood notes for a rich, creamy experience.

Finish:
Long, refined and elegant, with a gently spiced, floral farewell.
